Pricing:
Pricing for each item is listed on Product Page.
Prices listed on the product page are per item per event.
Reservations and Deposits:
Reservations are strongly recommended, and a 30% deposit is required on all orders at the time of reservation.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards for deposit and final payment, however WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD on file until all products are picked up at the close of the event.
The contract must be paid in full on the day of the event prior to delivery.
Cancellation:
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the delivery date to avoid a charge of 50% of the contract amount.
No credit is given for unused items
Delivery Areas:
True North Event Rentals will deliver anywhere on Cape Cod and New England including Nantucket and Marthaʼs Vineyard.

Delivery/Pick Up Details:
True North will deliver with pleasure to all predetermined locations.
Tables will be assembled and placed to clients specifications assuming contact person is on location to direct delivery personnel.
Chair set up will be responsibility of the client unless arranged prior to delivery. We are happy to offer chair set up at 20% of the rental fee.
All products will be picked up in the drop off locations in the condition and under the terms with which they were dropped off.
Tables must be free of food, debris, china, glassware, utensils and any decor etc. at the time of pickup.
All Tabletop, china, flatware, glassware etc must be free of debris and returned to the appropriate containers that they were delivered in (racks, crates etc)
Damage Waiver:
A 10% damage waiver will be included in all contracts and will cover any accidental damage to rental items.
In cases of extreme negligence or loss of rental items the client assumes full replacement cost.
