I hope all is well. Just a quick note to let you know what a great experience I had with the crew… The entire process from initially contacting your company to determine what I needed to the breakdown and pick up of the equipment went without a hitch.
Rich and his team are by far the most professional, polite workers I have come across in a long time.
The installation crew arrived exactly on time the day of the event. As you know the day you are hosting a party is hectic enough without having to wait around for a delivery. The group who set up up were so nice, polite and helpful. They offered to move a few large items and help set them up without me asking (and these were items that I had not rented from you).
Having Rich take care of the majority of these items allowed me to sit back and enjoy my friend and family the night of the event. Thanks a million and please let your crew know how wonderful they are.

We have NOT stopped talking about how absolutely incredible everything turned out! It was beyond what we expected, and I REALLY mean that! I kept trying to remember my cousins wedding, which she had there also, and it was tented, but through a different company, and it was “nice” so I pretty much expected that, but honest to God we were blown away! The set up was phenomenal. The tables, chairs and linens were so great! I feel like we got so much for our money and that is a FANTASTIC feeling when it comes to something like that! On top of just our opinions, all of our guests were wowed by everything, and RAVED about how gorgeous it all looked! As a matter of fact, we had a lady that lived up the road stop by and ask who the wedding coordinator was because she used to work for some wedding magazine and she said it was one of the prettiest tented receptions she remembered seeing! Needless to say, I absolutely dropped your name… Can you tell we were happy????!!! You were an absolute pleasure to work with and the entire experience was so worth it! Plus, like I said, we really found the price for everything so reasonable, which was a HUGE load off.
I also JUST got the CD’s of our pics from the photographer and there are some great ones of the tent all set up, so as soon as I get a chance, we’ll send some over. Thank you so much again! GREAT JOB!
